Heron
Costs 50 shells. A single heavy strike on the swimmer furthest along the channel. Strong against catfish that soak up damage.
TipPlace herons on the inside of a bend so they reach two stretches of water.
Who guards the quay
Every creature on the board has a job. Learn what each defender does best and how the invaders behave, and the walls will hold longer.

Costs 40 shells. Catches everything in range, slowing it sharply and dealing light damage. Each upgrade slows even more.
TipOne net near the sea gate makes every defender after it more effective.
Costs 70 shells. Dives at the lead swimmer and splashes everyone nearby. Best when invaders bunch up behind a net.
TipPair an otter with a net and let the crowd come to it.
Fast and lean. Pike arrive in long lines from the first wave and pay a small number of shells when stopped.
TipNets and herons early in the channel thin out the pike before they reach the walls.
Slow but tough, with almost three times the health of a pike. They join from the third wave and grow common later.
TipUpgraded herons finish catfish quickly; otters wear down groups of them.
Sits under the harbor wall at the end of the channel. Every invader that reaches it costs one heart; lose them all and the round ends.
Tap a posted defender to raise it one level, up to level three. Upgrades add range and strength, and each costs a little more than the last.
