These terms set out the rules for using the Koxato Bass Harbor website and its game. Please read them before you play.
Acceptance of these terms

Entertainment only, not gambling
Koxato Bass Harbor is a free game made purely for entertainment. It does not offer, facilitate or promote gambling for real money, and nothing on the site involves stakes, deposits, bets or payouts of any kind.
The wheel and favours have no value
The chapel window wheel grants one in-game favour per browser session. Favours only change how the game plays on your device. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed and have no monetary or real-world value.
Scores, shells and hearts
Shells, points, hearts and best scores exist only inside the game and are stored in your browser. They are not prizes, cannot be cashed out or traded, and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
Age requirement: 19+
The site is intended only for adults aged 19 or older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are at or above the legal gambling age where you live, even though no gambling takes place here.
No prediction of real gambling success
